More Baroque Mirror for Your Home

WE HAVE REDIRECTED OUR BLOG TO MOUSE + HINGE. PLEASE VISIT US THERE!

Sarah previously posted an ‘Ung Drill’ Mirror project to explain the transformation of an Ikea scrolly mirror into a chalkboard. I recently found a miniature (8″x 12″) baroque mirror for $3 at an antique store. The plastic mirror  was originally a blackish-gold color. To help visualize the transformation of my mirror, I found a picture of a bright white mirror from  Z Gallerie.

My bathroom needed some pretty additions to its walls, so I was excited to have a scrolly stylish mirror to add a touch of vintage. Here is the mirror before spray painting it white

I taped newspaper to the mirror section and sprayed two separate coats of fast-dry white spray paint. Talk about a simple project!
